$260,000 Verdict in Automobile Collision Involving Severe Leg Injuries.

Conley Griggs LLP served as lead trial counsel in this case involving a serious motor vehicle collision that resulted in severe leg injuries to our client and nearly $50,000 in past and future medical expenses, which was tried in Fulton County (Ga.) State Court. The jury rendered a verdict against the striking driver, Fidel Borja, in the amount of $260,000. A trial court ruling on a directed verdict in favor of the other defendants is presently on appeal.
