We bring dedication to each case. We will work as long and as hard as it takes to do the best job we possibly can, and enjoy “hand crafting” our work so that each client gets representation that is not from an assembly line, but is suited for the facts and needs of their particular case.
We believe in litigating every case with integrity, which to us is a deep commitment to honesty, ethics, and candor with our clients, our adversaries, and the Courts in which we appear.
We have compassion. We know that for most of our clients, the event that brings them to our door is one of the most significant and difficult events of their life. Our compassion for our clients helps establishes a strong attorney-client relationship, and also motivates us daily.
We have the courage to stand up for individuals against insurance companies, large corporations or anyone else who seeks to evade responsibility for their wrongful acts. That courage includes the resolve to press for information and documents from other parties in the face of strong resistance, and the willingness to try any case in our office to a jury verdict if the opposition does not offer a settlement that is acceptable to our clients.
In the end, we believe in getting results. While we can never guarantee a successful result or a recovery when we undertake representation, our clients know that we measure ourselves, at the end of the day, by the results we are able to obtain. Our office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in all Georgia courts. We are currently involved in cases in all geographic regions of Georgia, and we will consider representation in cases anywhere in the State of Georgia. One of our partners is also licensed to practice in West Virginia and for over a decade, our firm has represented clients in matters in West Virginia. While our lawyers are not formally admitted to the Bar in any other states other than Georgia and West Virginia, we frequently travel to other states on a case-by-case basis and, working with local counsel in those states, are handling or have handled cases for clients with cases in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, New York, Missouri, Wisconsin, Hawaii and New Mexico.
